When you start the scooter via app, the trunk opens automatically. You'll find here documents, a first aid card and a helmet which is connected to the scooter via connector. Unplug it, put it on and make sure that nothing is missing in the trunk. You have 2 minutes you are not charged for to get ready for the ride and to return the scooter.
It is needed to adjust your rearview mirrors, so you can see clearly behind you. The best view is when you don´t have to turn your head.
It is more than good to realize, which brake is front and which is rear. Left lever brakes rear wheel and the right brakes front wheel.
Always check your phone battery status. You cannot return the scooter without a working phone with the app running. You can connect it to the USB charger directly in the scooter.
Do you carry a backpack or purse? Put them either to the trunk or hang on the hook under the handlebars.
Sit on the scooter, grab handlebars with both hands, keep your right foot on the ground a with left one, lift the stand on the scooter to the horizontal position.
Check if READY status is lit on the instrument panel. If not, press the button on the right side of the handlebar to appear. Then press firmly throttle handlebar, that is accelerating the sccooter and by its slow turning to your side you will start the scooter.
The passenger should get on the scooter carefully and just when the driver has both feet firmly on the ground. Slide the footrests for passenger and he should always think about wearing a helmet.
There are two ways to brake. The safest is to use left side brake. If surface is wet or slippery use brake carefully.
When turning use turning indicator lights and do not forget to turn them off by pressing the button in the middle, it won´t turn off by itself. If you think, that somebody can´t see you, use horn.
Our scooter has USB input for charging, so you won´t lose connection with the app.
Follow the permitted speed and traffic rules. Spinning between the vehicles is not allowed, not even in convoy. Control your battery status, so you don´t run out on the way. As soon as capacity drops below 15 % park the scooter.
Slippery surface is always dangerous. When it is wet, start and brake the scooter smoothly. Be careful using the front brakes as well.
While driving in the city look ahead and predict. Driving on the main road does not mean always you will get a priority. The car driver may not be able to see you even if your lights are turned on and you wear a reflective vest.
Do you need quickly process something and you are afraid someone will take your scooter? Use Parking feature in app, scooter and box will lock and you can go for shopping or to post. Parking time counts to charge, so don´t forget to return for scooter.
Park in reserved areas, but consider other drivers and try to park the most efficiently.
If you park between the cars, always keep enough space for other drivers to leave the parking lot.
If you are looking for a parking lot, try to find place where it is allowed to park and also car does not fit for the space. The most ideal is to park the scooter to charging station found in the app on the map.
Do not park on private property or in closed or underground garages where our charging station is not built.
When parking respect other drivers and do not block car or pedestrian traffic with parked scooter.
You are not allowed to park scooter on the sidewalk unless there is at least 1,5 m for pedestrians to cross.
The best for other drivers is to park the scooter to the ANTIK Public charging station. It does not cost you anything and you can find the nearest one in the app. We will be also glad if you charge the scooter by yourself – you don´t pay anything during the charging. If the scooter is charged for at least 60 % you can return it whenever within the city. If you don´t have the time, find the most convenient Zone in the app, starting at 1 € for finishing the ride. Plug the helmet back into the connector and close the trunk. You end the ride directly in the app.
